This is the story behind the founding of the Imtiaz Kausar Memorial Foundation (IKMF) — a living tribute by Mian Rohail Aslam to the values and compassion of his late mother, Imtiaz Kausar.ed with dignity and care, ensuring she grows with confidence, skills, and a hope-filled future.
Imtiaz Kausar was a woman of quiet strength, profound faith, and endless kindness. Her life was defined not by public achievements, but by countless unseen acts of generosity: helping neighbors, feeding the hungry, supporting the education of children, and standing beside the less fortunate with dignity and respect.
When she passed away in June 2022, her absence left an irreplaceable void. Yet it also ignited a powerful purpose in her son, Mian Rohail Aslam — to ensure that her spirit of service would not fade away with time.
He founded IKMF as a structured and sustainable way to continue her mission of helping others. What started as a personal tribute evolved into a foundation that now touches lives across Pakistan, through projects that provide:
- Safe shelter and education for orphaned girls
- Clean drinking water in underserved communities
- Educational scholarships and support for deserving students
- Small business grants to empower economic independence
- Rashan (food) distributions to families in need
- Transparent and ethical Zakat distribution
Every project IKMF undertakes is driven by the principles Imtiaz Kausar lived by: compassion, dignity, faith, and silent giving.
Through IKMF, Mian Rohail Aslam transformed his personal grief into public good — ensuring that his mother’s kindness continues to impact lives, generations beyond her own.
Today, IKMF stands as a testament not just to a remarkable woman, but to the enduring power of a son’s love and a mother’s legacy.
